The TL; DR — — Kahnawake Gaming Commission is pulling its gambling establishments out of United States markets to do company with New Jersey, more putting the capture on gray-market online betting operators … … and it’s most likely bad that the Senate presented SB 3376, a placeholder costs for a modified variation of Sheldon Adelson’s Restoration of America’s Wire Act, um, Act, aka RAWA. Even if the brand-new expense is going no place, just having it in the legal mix presents a danger. Oh, and pleased future 10th birthday UIGEA!
